In a world where can't doesn’t exist anything is possible.

Can’t is all relative really. It’s a concept that is more about boundaries. The reasons why you can’t. Time, cost, experience, skills.

To change that can’t into a can all you need is your team.

Have you ever found yourself doing something you never imagined you could do, or be any good at? Increasingly I’m finding myself in this very situation and it is refreshing, awesome even.

Learning from your team mates is great - the ability to get regular, honest feedback is so important. It really does enable you to create better work and for you team mates to understand where you are coming from and the work you are doing. They are probably gleaning some learning from the interaction as well.

Intentionally going through this process with purpose is key. Putting some structure around it. Making a set time for the team to come together with the latest versions of bits and pieces, updates of aspects of work and questions for the team to ponder. I have found these review sessions a great way to check in, reevaluate and ensure that my work is on track and heading towards the best it can be. Hey, there is always room for improvement!

Im really looking forward to when the rest of our team arrives. Another 5 people to learn from.To learn with. Anything is possible in a world where can't doesn't exist.
