2. These terms and conditions apply to all members of the public uploading content ("Solutions") to the Solved.org.au website, during the campaign period Friday, 25 November to 5.00pm (EST) Friday, 16 December, 2011.
3. Information on how to enter and be eligible for the Solved Grand Prize and the three weekly 'spotter incentive' prizes form part of these terms and conditions.
4. There are two financial incentives available as prizes to participants in the Solved campaign, one (1) Grand Prize and three (3) weekly 'spotter incentives'.
5. In order to be eligible for the Grand Prize or the 'spotter incentives', entrants must complete the Submission form (viewable at the Solved website here) and include their first name, last name and email address. Entries which do not include the first name, last name and email address of the person who submitted the entry will not be eligible for any prizes.
5. To be eligible for prizes, all Solutions must be based in Australia and work within Australia. All eligible solutions which are uploaded during the campaign period will be eligible for the Grand Prize. A solution may be uploaded by a member of the public, or someone associated with the solution or venture providing the solution.
6. The Grand Prize comprises a $5000 cash investment in the Solution ( to be paid to the solution or the person, venture or organisation which provides the solution) and a package of 10 hours of mentoring and support. The mentoring package will be provided by TACSI venture support staff. The support will be provided at a time or times to be negotiated between TACSI and the venture, and must be completed within 6 months of the winner being notified. The support will by provided either face to face, phone or online support, to be negotiated between the winner and TACSI. The prize includes the 10 hour support package only and does not include any associated costs, such as travel or resources. The value of the Grand Prize is $AU6000.
7. The winner of the Grand Prize will be selected by an expert panel including the CEO of The Australian Centre for Social Innovation and the Venture Support Lead of The Australian Centre for Social Innovation. The selection of the winner will be based on merit, and there will be no element of chance.
8. Three weekly 'spotter incentive' prizes will be awarded, for the week ending 2 December, the week ending 9 December and the week ending 16 December. The 'spotter incentive' prize is a donation of $500 to the Solution uploaded by the winning entrant ("spotter"). Where the spotter uploaded multiple Solutions in that week, they may chose which solution will receive the donation. The donation will be paid by The Australian Centre for Social Innovation to the nominated Solution, and is not transferable for cash.

Where a social solution is provided nationwide, it is permissible to enter the local branch of that solution, but the entry must provide details of the local solution (suburb, area code and a description of the solution being provided in that location).
11. Winners of the weekly 'spotter incentive' prizes will be notified by email, and will have one week to claim their prize. 'Spotter incentive' prizes that remain unclaimed after 1 week (7 days) after notification will be redrawn from the eligible entrants from that week.
12. The Solution selected as the winner of the Grand Prize will be notified by telephone or email and will have one week to claim their prize. 14. The judges decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
