Principal: Public and Social Sector Innovation
Sarah is an experienced social innovator and policy maker who has worked at the heart of government, the not for profit sector and boutique and large consultancies in the UK and Australia.
She has led multi-disciplinary teams to support CEOs and senior management teams clarify the vision and direction of their organisations and programs and develop new and improved ways of working which achieve better outcomes for their customers and staff.
She is driven by a passion to improve systems and services for people – whether they be service users or the general public – including digital services.
In the UK she oversaw the delivery of multi-million pound funding programs with the potential to transform the delivery of health and social care services in the UK through the use of social action (formal volunteering to more informal forms of people helping people). This included the development and delivery of evaluation programs including randomised control trials.
